Purs uant to 10CFR17 0.51 and 10CFR15.31, Duquesne Light Company requests a payment ex t ens ion of s ixt y days to review the docume nt at ion of your $1,271,161 bill for license review of Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2.
A copy of your bill, invoice number D0138, is attached for reference.
l As indicated in your letter of January 29, 1985, the Commission's I
records of staf f ef fort and contractual services are voluminous. This exten-sion is especially needed at this time due to the size of the billing and the extended period covered.

The Comission holds complete records of all staff effort and contractual services costs expended in the review of Beaver Valley 2 application and as you may surmise, this information is voluminous.
