AFFIDAVIT OF JOSEPH J. LIPINSKY I, Joseph J. Lipinsky, first being duly sworn, do depose and state:
i 1.
I testified before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on November 19 and 20, 1984 and on December 4 and 5, 1984.
I have since that time reviewed the transcripts of that testimony and determined that my testimony requires clarifica-tion and correction in several areas.
2.
A number of times during the four days of my testi-many I was asked various questions about whether I feared for my job security and whether I communicated this fear. On more than one occasion, I testified that I was concerned about my job security if the disclosure of the trip report outside of Cannon das, for whatever reason, attributed to me.

8-10.
I also stated a contrary view. Tr. 19899 at line 18; and Tr. 19900 at lines 4-6.
Additionally, there is testi-many on my perception of my job security that is confusing and incomplete. Tr. 22203 beginning at line 21 througn line-14 of Tr. 22206. Finally, I stated tnat I did not know if 4
t I nad indicated any fear of job jeopardy to Mr. Griffin j
during our meeting on November 10, 1983. Tr. 22206, lines 18-21. The correct testimony is, as I originally stated, that I i
was concerned in early Novemoer 1983, about my job security if
]
it were determined that, for wnatever reason, I was the source of the disclosure of the trip report outside of Cannon.
In addition, I did convey this concern to Mr. Griffin during our l
meeting on flovember 10, 1983.
l 3.
I testified that Mr. Roth sent the document in question to Texas Utilities shortly after ne generated it.
3 Tr. 21756, lines 5-9.
As the transcript indicates at lines 13-14 of page 21755, the docunent in question is an October 4
i 28, 1983 memorandum from me to Mr. Roth. Thus, I incorrectly
]
testified that Mr. Rotn had generated this document.
4.
I testified that my level of confidence had in-creasad after January 4, 1984, with respect to my belief I had not given Mr. Mouser a copy of my trip report to keep; but i
