Mills, TVA submitted a request, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, to amend the operating licenses for our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant to incorporate the Power Block Concept (PBC) into the Physical Security Plan (PSP). Revised pages to clarify TVA's plans were submitted to NRC on October 2 and November 1,1984. As a result of a meeting

with C. Gaskin and Carl Stahle on March 5,1985, enclosed are five copies 3
(Nos. 6 through 10) of additional revisions to provide further clarification of the proposed license amendment.
The enclosed information is being sent by registered mail.
