Dear Mr. Denton:

The reference (1) letter transmitted Revision 4 of the Puno and Valve Inservice Testing Program Plan for Limerick Generating Station, Unit 1.

With this letter we are transmitting five (5) copies of the Revision 5 pages of the subject Plan. These Revision 5 pages should replace the appropriate Revision 4 pages from the reference (1) letter. Revision 5 differs from Revision 4 in that it contains six (6) new relief requests, changes to three (3) existing relief requests, and associated base docunent changes.

In accordance with 10CFR50.55a, the supporting Information for these changes is contained within the associated relief requests.

The enclosed Revision 5 pages plus the unaffected Revision 4 pages reflect our current conmitments which will be implemented to satisfy the pisnp and valve inservice testing requirements of
