NAC-MPC Biennial FSAR Update and Associated 10 CPR 72.48 Determination Summary Report Docket No. 72-1025

NRC Letter, Amendment No. 7 and 8 to Certificate of Compliance No, 1025 for the NAC-Multi Purpose Canister Storage System, February 5, 2019 In accordance with the requirements of 10 CPR 72.248, NAC International (NAC) hereby notifies the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that no changes to the FSAR have been made since the submission of Reference 1. Per 10 CPR Part 72, each biennial update is to include a 10 CPR 72.48 Determination Summary Report and a Certification of Accuracy for the updated FSAR. Since no 72.48 evaluations and FSAR changes have occurred during this reporting period (April 10, 2019 through April 9, 2020), an updated FSAR, 10 CPR 72.48 Determination Summary Report and an FSAR Certification of Accuracy is not necessary for this biennial update.
NAC submitted its biennial update in two parts. The first part occurring on April 1, 2019 (Reference 1) which covered April 11, 2018 through April 1, 2019. The second part submitted herein and covers the period of April 1, 2019 through April 9, 2020. These two submittals satisfy the requirements for the 10 CPR 72.48 biennial update.
