Revision 13 In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p)(2), Boston Edison Company is submitting Revision 13 to the Pilgrim Station Security Plan. This revision is being submitted due to:
New vehicle barrier system, Reorganization, and GL96-02," Reconsideration of Nuclear Power Plant Security Requirements Associated with an Intemal Threat".
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Security Plan and were approved by the Operations Review Committee. A synopsis of proposed changes is attached. The enclosed Revision 13 contains safeguards information and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21.
