In accordance with 10CFR50.71(e) and 10CFR50.4(b)(6),11 copies of Revision 8 to the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) are enclosed. This submittal raflects the update status of the Waterford 3 FSAR for the period from June 1,1994 through May 1,1996. A list of Effective Pages and instructions for this FSAR revision is provided.
Plant changes made under the provisions of 10CFR50.59 will be reported to the NRC pursuant to the requirements of Paragraph (b)(2) of 10CFR50.59 by separate submittal.
As required by 10CFR50.71(e)(2), I hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information contained in Revision 8 to the Waterford 3 FSAR accurately represents changes made since the previous update. The changes reflect information and analysis submitted to the NRC, prepared pursuant to NRC requirements, or made under the provisions of 10CFR50.59.
