Dear Mr. Denton:
Reference (a) transmitted Supplement 1 to'NUREG--737 requesting, among other items, emergency procedure implementation.
Commonwealth Edison's position on Supp1 ment 1 was detailed in Reference (b) and was negotiated with the NRC Staff.
Our latest submittal on Emergency Operating Procecures was per Reference (d).
That submittal committed to an October 30, 1984 transmittal of the Procedures Generation Package to the NRC, an action confirmed per Reference (e).
Enclosed in the form of an attachment to the letter is the Quad Cities Station Procedures Generation Package.
The package consists of the following documents:
