Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Please refer to my letter to you dated March 30, 1984 which contained supplemental information for Inspection Report Nos. 50-259/83-38, 50-260/83-38, 50-296/83-38 for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. In the referenced letter, we committed to issue by September 1 a division policy regarding incorporation of CFR changes into corporate level and plant level procedures. However, due to the TVA reorganization, this policy will not be issued until December 7, 1984. This matter was discussed between Ron Rogers of my staff and Bill Ruland of your staff on August 31, 1984. If you have any questions, please call Jim Domer at FTS 858-2725.
