4.
Corrective Stans Which Will Be Taken to Avoid Further Violations Chemical unit personnel, with the assistance of NCO and Site Services, are currently in the process of reviewing and revising all surveillance instructions and parts of TI-18, -19, and -38 that are used in them.
This process has proven to be auch more involved and tedious than predicted and has required the full-time commitment of three experienced personnel. Approximately 75 percent of these procedures have been reviewed and revisions are in the review / approval cycle.
These procedures have been corrected for the ability to perform as written and for technical soundness. The other 25 percent will be reviewed and revised to the same criteria. A computer based procedure review and revision tracking system is being developed and an individual has been assigned to procedure control to ensure that a periodic detailed review is performed on all surveillance instructions and supporting technical instructions.
5.
Date When Full Conn 11ance Will Be Achieved All procedure review and subsaquent revisions will be completed by January 31, 1985.
