This request is made under the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552.
t Please make available for our review all documents relating tu radiation exposure to workers at Unit 1 of Three Mile Island from 1979 to the present. We would like to review and have an opportunity to make copies of all inspection reports, correspondence with GPU or GPU Nuclear or Metropolitan Edison Co. officials, any licensee radiological investigative reports, any licensee radiological deficiency reports, contamination incidents, and any other documents relating to radiation exposure to workers.
Also we would like to review any documents relating to the repair of steam generators at Unit 1 and the exposure of workers to radiation in this repair process.
As you know, the FOI Act provides that if portions of this request are exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and disclosed. We reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any materials.
