Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Please refer to L. M. Mills' letter to dated October 19, 1984 which contained our response to Inspection Report 84-31 for our Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. In response to both inspection items we indicated full compliance would be achieved by November 19, 1984, however, full compliance will not be echieved until November 21.
This action was discussed between Floyd Cantrell of your staff and Mike Hellums of my staff on November 19 If you have any questions, please call me at FTS 858-2725.
