Dear Mr. Denton:
The reference letter provided commitments to perform specific actions related to seismic qualification of equipment prior to exceeding 5% of rated full power at Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit No.1.
These actions have been completed.
Specifically, Field Change Notice FCN-SAPM-10627, related to the Justification for Interim Operation (JIO) for the Thermocouple / Core Cooling Monitor System has been completed.
- Also, the revised setpoints required for qualification of flow switches per JIO ESE-40A have been implemented at Wolf Creek.
(Note that the NSSS qualification program designation - for these flow switches has been changed from ESE-40 to ESE-40A).
