Dear Sir:
In accordance with 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four (4) copies of the IP3 Training and Qualification Plan Revision 5. Included in each is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 5.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes do not decrease i
the etiectiveness of this plan.
Please review to verify receipt, and sign and return the receipt acknowledgement form provided on Enclosure ll. There are no new commitments associated with this letter.
