Licensee Event Reoort Limerick Generatina Station - Units 1 and 2 This'LER reports multiple instances of the loss of the safety function of the Control Room Emergency Fresh Air System (CREFAS) resulting in operating conditions prohibited by Technical Specifications.
In addition, the automatic start feature of the i
back up CREFAS subsystem was not always available during these events resulting in operation outside of the design basis.
