Pursuant to 10 CFR 50 Section 50.54(a), Revision 20 to the Northern States Power Company Operational Quality Assurance Plan (OQAP) is submitted.
The changes included in Revision 20 do not reduce the commitments in the i
quality assurance program previously accepted by the NRC. The basis for this conclusion is provided by Appendix D of the enclosure. Although not required by regulation, Revision 20 will not be implemented until approvcl has been obtained from NRC Region III.
