Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CFh Part 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following:
Any notes, minutes, memoranda, correspondence, reports, or other documents concerning NRC or FEMA evaluation of the emergency planning drill for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant held November 28, 1984.
I request that 75% of the fees for the search and production of these documents be waived as they relate to Issue #1, on emergency planning, admitted in the Ferry OL proceeding; I aEree to accept the remaining (25%) sharges.
