Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 (TMI-1) g Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Final Safety Analysis Report, Update 13 Fire Hazards Analysis Report, Revision 16 Enclosed are one signed original and ten copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report, Update 13 (UFSAR), for TMI-1, submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e).
This UFSAR update package contains changes necessary to reflect facility changes, procedure changes and analyses through October 13, 1995, as required by the rule.
In addition, as part of the annual SAR update process, enclosed herewith is one copy of the changes reflected by Revision 16 to the Fire Hazards Analysis Report (FHAR). The FHAR, Revision 16, reflects the methodology used at TMI-1 to meet 10 CFR 50, Appendix R. Revision of the document reflects changes to plant design, and fire hazards analysis incorporated since Revision 15, through February 1, 1996, as annotated by revision bars on the affected pages. The FHAR, Revision 16, package also contains pages that were only included due to repagination and thus don't include any revision bars.
