Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Attached is a copy of the Limerick Control Room Design Review (CRDR) Final Report, Supplement 1.
As discussed in the reference 1 letter, this supplemental report docunents the completion of the f!nal validation step of the Limerick CRDR Program Plan, and its submittal satifies the conmitment mado in the reference 2 letter.
Submittal of this supplemental report also constitutes partial satisfaction of item 2 of Attachment 4 to Facility Operating License NPF-27, Limerick Generating Station Unit 1.
This item will be completely satisfied when all Priority 1 hunan engineering discrepancies (HED's) have been corrected. The reference 2 letter discussed two Priority 1 HED's: HED Al-13 " Annunciator Silence Button" and HED S!4-04 " Testability of Renote Shutdown Panel Indicating Status Lights." HED Al-13 was corrected prior to fuel load. As required by the IIcense, correction of HED S!4-04 will be completed prior to operation of the plant at a power level greater than five percent of rated power. We will Inform you of its completion by letter.
