Freedom of Information Act Request Dear Sir Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(D@, I am requesting access to:
1.
Any and all records of any type concerning Ronald C. Ward, Bade No. El-2909.
2.
Any non-compliance reports at Hope Creek Nuclear Power Plant in Salem, New Jersey, from 1980-1984.
3.
Any and all records directly or indirectly relating to the termination of Ronald C. Ward.
(See attached Notice of Termination.)
As you know, the act permits you to reduce or waive fees when the release of the information is considered as "primarily benefiting the public".
I believe that this request fits that category and I therefore ask that you waive any fees.
