The purpose of this letter is to amend a previously submitted letter from Mr.
E.
J. Woolever to Mr.
R.
W. Starostecki.
On March 14, 1984, in letter : 2NRC-4-027, Duquesne ' Light Company erroneously stated, that,the site review had identified 752 ASME III Class 3 pipe-to-fitting, fitting-to-valve, and pipe-to-valve welds requiring reinspection.
The correct number of welds affected is 729.
