NORTH ELECTRICAL PENETRATION ROOM HALON SYSTEM

Reference:

ULNRC-814 dated May 7, 1984 The referenced letter and Callaway Facility Operating License NPF-30, License Condition C(5) (a) concern the operability of the Halon system in the north electrical penetration room (fire area A-18).

This license condition required the Halon system be operable within 60 days of acquisition of the 100%

power data for thermal and dynamic testing.

The purpose of.this letter is to inform you the Halon concentration test-for the north electrical penetration room was completed on February 5, 1985 and the results were approved by the Onsite Review Committee on February-8,E1985.

Callaway startup testing was completed on December 19, 1984.
