In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 50.54(P) enclosed are five copies (nos. 3, 4, 5, 11 and 13) of a revision to the Security Force Training and Qualification Plan for the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plants.
Plan copies numbered 3, 4, and 5 previously assigned to Director NRR and Director MPA have been reassigned to Region III to reflect the transfer to Region III of review responsibili-ties for the plan. Copy number 11 has been assigned to Region III since the plan was issued and copy 13 is a newly assigned copy. This change is Revision 6 to the Plan and affects page 48.
Revision 6 changes a qualification requirement. All other require-ments will remain the same. We conclude that this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan.
Since the revision involves Safeguards Informatic,n per 10CFR 73.21, the j$
revision should not be made available for inspection and not be placed f f I
in the public document room.
