Enclosed is Phi 1Melphia Electric Comany's Peach Bottom Atomic Pater Station, Units 2 and 3, Quality Assurance Program Description as of, at least, January 1984.

We have been advised by G. Manyla, Iead Peactor Engineer, Degion I, that the un$ated Quality Assurance Procram descriotion should also be submitted to Region I pursuant to 10CFR50.54(a)(3) even though the changes to the Quality Assurance Program description do not reduce muitments in the program description previously accepted by the MRC.

Channes made to the Ouality Assurance Program descriotion previously suMitted to the NRC are identified by a har in the left ham margin. It has bc.en determined that these changes to the OA Program description do not reduce the muitments in the program description previously accepted by the NRC.
