Enclosed are the NPDES monthly report forms for the month of February 1996.
Also enclosed is Attachment 1, " Monitoring Results During Vater System Draining". This provides values for parameters monitored during the draining of the circulating and service water systems.
Vater was routed to the east and vest storm drains per your letters dated July 31 and October 11, 1995.
