Dear Lynne:
During our meeting on the evening of October 16, 1984, we agreed to address several additional questions you raised with respect to Licensee's Third Supplemental Response to TMIA's First Set of Interrogatories.
With respect to Interrogatory No. 15, Masrs. Illjes and Conaway heve informed us that they have no recollection of being present during the Congressional tour.
Letters have been sent to Messrs. Mell and Kidwell asking them of their recollec-tion, and Licensee is await'ng their responses.
With respect to Interrogatory Nos. 16 and 34, Mr. Keaten has stated he has no recollection beyond his notes.
With respect to Interrogatory No. 48, Licensee first re-ceived a tape of the Mehler and Chwastyk I&E interviews on May 8410300302 841024 2
