LICENSEE'S MOTION TO DEPOSE UCS' EXPERT WITNESS AFTER THE CLOSE OF DISCOVERY Licensee General Public Utilities Nuclear Corporation moves that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board permit Licens-ee to depose Dr. James J. Regan, the expert witness proferred by the Union of Concerned Scientists ("UCS"), after the close of discovery on the issue of training, which is October 29.

UCS first identified its expert witness to Licensee on October 22, 1984.

Licensee today filed a Notice of Deposition of Dr. Regan.

Licensee has discussed with UCS its request to depose Dr. Regan.
