George, Aswediscussedtoday,wehavetwoactionsinourVogtleUnits3&4ConfirmatoryOrderthatwillbedifficultto completeduetotheCoronavirusPandemic.Thetwoare:

1. Withintwelve(12)monthsoftheissuanceofthisorder,SNCwilldeliverapresentationtoprovideSCWEinsights thatwerederivedfromtheseeventstopresentatanappropriateindustrysharingforum(e.g.,theNRC'sRegulatory InformationConference,theNationalAssociationofEmployeeConcernsProfessionals).Thepresentationshallbemade availableforNRCreview.

1. Withinsix(6)monthsofissuanceofthisorder,SNCVwillobtainathirdparty,independentSCWEsurveyofVogtle3 and4projectsite.SNCVwillobtainasecondthirdparty,independentSCWEsurveyofVogtle3and4nolaterthan thirty(30)monthsafterissuanceofthisconfirmatoryorder.Resultsofeachsurveywillbesummarizedintoreports whichwillbemadeavailableforinspectionbyNRC.Recommendations(ifany)fromthesurveyreportswillbeentered intotheCorrectiveActionProgramorEmployeeConcernsProgram,asappropriate,dependingonthenatureofthe recommendation,fordisposition.

Aswediscussed,wewilltakenoactionfornumber1.above,atthistime.Youwillprovideusyourthoughtsonhowto fulfillthiscommitmentatalaterdate.

Fornumber2.,weproposea5monthextensiontothecurrentduedateofMay20th;ournewcommitmentdatewould beOctober20th,2020.
