50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50 90, we am enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the operating license, DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 technical specifications (T/S).
The proposed changes are provided in Enclosure 1.
This proposed change revises table 3 6-1.
The justification for the proposed T/S changes is provided in Enclosure _2.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
This mquested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 and no significant hazards considerations are involved.
