Dear Licensee,
I want to encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to enroll in the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Electronic Billing (eBilling) system. eBilling is a complimentary, web-based application available as of October 1, 2019 for use by our licensees that provides you with immediate delivery of NRC invoices, customizable email notifications, the capability to view invoice details, export invoice details to Excel for analysis, and the convenience to access Treasury systems to pay invoices.
eBilling is a mobile-responsive application that permits users to access it via their mobile devices (e.g. mobile phone, tablet, iPad). Information regarding eBilling is located on the NRC public web site main page www.nrc.gov, NRC public site Licensees/License Fees page, and the NRC Facebook page for your awareness and to make the enrollment process readily available.
I have attached the eBilling marketing brochure that explains eBillings features and the enrollment process for your consideration. Please note that the enrollment process may take up to 7 business days to finalize due to NRC computer security identity proofing requirements.
While enrollment in eBilling is optional, I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity as eBilling is paperless, intuitive, modern, and aligns with the requirements that the Licensee community has been requesting.
