Included are:

GPUN SE-120012-008 " Safety Evaluation for the use of Westinghouse Rolled Tube Plugs in the TMI-1 Once Through Steam Generator";
2.
GPUN SE-123094-002 " Loose OTSG Westinghouse Rolled Plugs";
and its two principal reference documents:

Baocock and Wilcox, 51-1152985, " Operation with Loose OTSG Tube Sheet Plugs"; and B.
"GPUN Evaluation of Potential Effects of Loose OTSG Plugs in the TMI-1 RCS."
The evaluations were performed and documented under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59, and comprise CPU's long term actions as described in LER 84-04.
