In the Matter of .) Docket Nos. 50 -32 7 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50 -328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are molosing 40 copies of a requested ammdment to the operating license, DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 technical specifications (T/S).
The proposed diange is provided in Enclosure 1. This proposed change will allow use of a fifth standby diesel generator (D/G) to satisfy limiting conditions for operation (LCO) 3.8.1 and 3 9.1.2 when one of the trained D/Gs is out of service. Also included in the diange is a request to delete hose stations 0-26-866, -868, and -870 fran T/S LCO 3 7.11.4. The justi-fications for the proposed T/S changes are provided in Enclosure 2.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
This requested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 and as stated in Enclosure 3, no significant hazards considerations are involved.
