Dear Lynne:
During our meeting on the evening of October 16, 1984, we agreed to address several additional questions you raised with respect to Licensee's Third Supplemental Response to TMIA's First Set of Interrogatories.
With respect to Interrogatory No. 15, Masrs. Illjes and Conaway have informed us'that they have no recollection of being present during-the Congressional tour.
Letters have been sent to Messrs. Mell and Kidwell asking them of their recollec-tion, and Licensee is awaiting their responses.
With respect to Interrogatory Nos. 16 and 34, Mr. Keaten has stated he has no recollection beyond his notes.
With respect to Interrogatory No. 48, Licensee first re-

With respect to the Observation Center logs, these are in-deed no more than dispatcher notes.

Seelinger's notes, they.will be placed in the Discovery Room as soon as they are received which is expected to be this week.
