to these licensra be amended to revise the Limiting Condition For Operation 3. 6.1. ')

The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in

Based on the guida*1ce provided by the Comm3.>sion, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no ergnificant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
