Dear Ernie:
I am writing to clarify a billing for certain copies produced by Shaw, Pittman to TMIA in the course of discovery in the restart hearings.
We have received two copies of many documents which we ordered only once.
This appears to be a problem primarily in the last two sets of documents ordered by Ms. Doroshow and myself.
I have enclosed those duplicate copies which we received which amount to 200 pages.
In addition, in response to a request by Mr. Lewis, I have copied 189 pages of documents.
Therefore, I am currently intending to subtract from Shaw, Pittman's next bill to TMIA the cost of 389 pages at
$.10 per page, or $39.10.
In addition, I have not yet received a copy of the two documents which I requested Mr. Lewis order for me during our discovery conference on the evening of October 16.
I would appreciate your notifying me when these copies are available.
