At.t a ched is the Limerick Generating St.ation (LGS) 1992 Annual Emergency Exercise scenario package for NRC review.

This scenario package is bcIng submitted 60 days prior to the scheduled November 24, 1992 annual exercise in accordance w'.th an NRC letter dated August 9, 1989.

This will be a partial participation exercise and will not involve any of f site part.icipation.

Due to t.he confidentiality of this information, copies of the a t t. ached scenaric package are only being distributed to those individuals specifled c.s recipients in the NRC letter dated August 9,

1989.

Ilowever, per a telephone conversation between Craig Conklin, NRC Region 1,

and Craig L.

Adams, Manager, Emergency Preparedness Se c t.i o n,

on Tuesday, September 22, 1992 at approximately 10 A.M., the scenario package for the Limerick Emergency Exercise schedu)e for November 24, 1992 need not, be sent to J.

Jamison who is identified in the August 9, 1989 letter as a recipient of the sceuario package.

The attached scenario package provides the scenario objectives, 3

schedules, exercise rules, and controller contingency and simulat.lon i n f o rma t.J on.

This package also contains data re16 ting to plant cond it ions, radiation levels and release rates, and samples of the data to be presented.

As stated in our letter dated August 21, 1992, Mr. Craig L.

Adams, Manager, Emergency Preparedness Section, has been designe ed as our interface with the NRC for this emergency exercise.
