SEQUOYAll NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - UNIT 1 REACTOR VESSE.L SURVEILLANCE CAPSULE X ANALYSIS SUlt1ARY REPORT Enclosed is the summary report for SQN's Unit I reactor vessel surveillance capsule X as required by Appendix 11 to 10 CFR 50 and SQN Technical Specification (TS) Surveillance Requirement 4.4.9.1.2.

The i-enclosed report is provided as Westinghouse Electric Corporation, WCAP-13333, " Analysis of Capsule X From the Tennessee Valley Authority Sequoyah Unit No.- 1 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program."

The survelliance capsule X is the third capsule to be removed from the fast-neutronfluenceof1.61x10gveillancecapsulereceivedanaverage SQN Unit i reactor vessel. The s neutrons per square centimeter over 5.27 effective full power years (EFPYs) of plant operation.

The surveillance capsule materials exhibit a more than-adequate upper-shelf energy level for continued safe-plant operation and are-expected to maintain an upper-shelf energy of no less than 50 foot-pounds throughout the lit'e (32 EFPY) of the vessel as required by 10 CFR 50, Appendix G.

Based on the results of the analysis of the surveillance capsule X, no t

changes in SQN's pressure temperature limit curves, Figures 3.4-2, 3.4-3, and 3.4-4 of the Unit 1 TSs, are required at this titue.
