The referenced SECY document described the results of the Systematic Evaluation Program (SEP) at Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2. As part of the

" Implementation" section of the SECY document, the Staff noted that the licensee (Commonwealth Edison) stated their intent to implement all SEP modificationc and procodure changes, where applicable, at Quad Cities Station, Units 1 and 2. 'ine SECY document references a discussion with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguaros (ACRS) on December 9,1982. This decision is documented in Reference (b).

Commonwealth Edison (CECO) has reviewed the Dresden 2 SEP to determine the applicability of the 88 Dresden SEP items to Quad Cities Station, Units 1 and 2. This rev.ew has resulted in the identification of the applicable items, as well as associated recommendations.
