Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
552, I hereby request access to, or a copy of the transcripts of a meeting held March 26, 1984 in the Landau Building in Bethesda, Maryland.
This meeting was held in order to discuss the adequacy of the basemat at the Waterford 3 nuclear power plant (docket 50-382).
The meeting was announced in a letter dated March 21, 1984 from James H.
Wilson to George W.
Knighton.
I also request access to, or a copy of any and all correspondence, memoranda (inneroffice or otherwise) and/or working papers in your possession relating to this meeting.
I am interested in all correspondence, memoranda, and/or work papers written prior to the meeting day (March 26, 1984), on the meeting day, and/or subsequent to the meeting day extending to the present day.
All copying fees should be waived by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission since the information is primarily benefitting the public.
If you determine that some portions of this information are exempt from release, I request that you provide me with the remainder. I hereby reserve my right to appeal any such decisions.
