Operating License No. DPR-50 Do-ket No. 50-289 First Half - 1992 Semiannual Effluent Release Report Enclosed is the IMI-l Semiannual Ef fluent Release Report for the period January 1,1992 through June 30, 1992.

This report includes an Executive Summary of the Fffluent Release Reoort, the Disposal and Effluent Release Data, and an assessment of the radiat'u. doses due to liquid and gaseous effluents released from the unit during the reporting period.

THI-l Technical Specification Sections 6.9.4.2.1 and 6.9.4.2.2 require reporting of effluent and solid waste shipment data in accordance with Reg.

Guide 1.21 for the semi-annual report perit,d. These tables are attached and include summaries of solid waste shipments and liquid and gaseous effluents for the reporting period.

TM1-1 Technical Specification Section 6.9.4.2.3 requires a su.. mary of unplanned releases from the site to unrestricted areas. During this report period there were no unplanned releases.

THI-1 Technical Specification Section 6.9.4.2.4 requires that changes to the Process Control Program (PCP) and Offsite Dose Colculation Manual (ODCM) be reported.

The ODCM was revised during this report period and submitted to the NRC via GPU Nuclear letter r311-92-2076 dated June 11, 1992.

This letter is included as Attachment 1.

The PCP was not revised.

Section 6.9.4.2.4 also requires "a listing of new locations for dose calculations and/or monitoring identified by the land use census pursuant to Specification 3.23.2." There were no new locations identified during this semiannual period.

THI-l Technical Specification Section 6.9.4.2.5 requires reporting of instrumentation not returned to OPERABLE statJS Within 30 days par Section 3.21.1.b and 3.21.2.b.

All such instrumentation was maintained operable or returned to OPERABLE service within 30 days.
