Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Submittal of Cycle 7 Reload Related Technical Specification Change Requests The purpose of this letter is to provide the NRC staff with advanced information regarding the Waterford 3 Cycle 7 reload analysis and schedule.
Since reload related technical specification (TS) changes are anticipated for Cycle 7, it is hoped the information herein would be beneficial to the Staff for resource planning purposes.
Although TS changes are likely, it is not possible at this time to identify the technical specifications that could be impacted; however, as the impacted technical specifications are identified, this information will be communicated to the NRC along with estimated submittal dates for the change requests.
Waterford 3 plans to submit reload related TS change requests at least six months prior to the applicability date and will submit each change request upon completion.
An exact key milestone cchedule associated with Cycle 7 cannot be determined at this time because such a schedule is dependent on plant performance; however, we have developed the following "best estir?te" schedule, which could be used for planning purposes:
