proposed changes incorporate recommendations specified in NRC Generic Letter (GL) 30-09, "Alternativer Requirements for Snubber Visual Inspection Intervals and Corrective Actlar.s".

PEco hereby requests that our original submittal be revised such that the submitted " List of Tables", page via, be deleted and replaced with the attached revised " List of Tables", page vii.

This correction resolves differences between thn " List of Tables" contained in the PECo controlled copy of the PBAPS, Units 2 and 3 Technic &l Specifications and the NRC's authority file of the PBAPS, Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications.

1 This issue was discussed between-Tom Loomis (PEco) and Dick Clark (."RC) on August 26, 1992.

Also. attached is Bases page 236a which incorporates wording from TSCR 91-02, Revision 1, dated July 20, 1992 (" Revisions to Allowable Out of Service Times for the Emergency Service Water System") which we' anticipate will bo issued prior to TSCR 90-14.
