'_' Containment - Structural Integrity"-issued by the-NRC-on-January 25, 1991.
Change Request-No. 187 would have revised Surveillance' Requirement.

a' limited time period,- an alternate. surveillance _ requirement.
On' June 23,
- 1992, the' NRC-issued Amendments 165>and 47 forLBeaver Valley Units 1-al.d 2, respectively, as a result of Operating License Change Reque c No. 181 and'45.
These amendments:--(165 and:47)1 removed the existing-Survaillance Requirement 4.6.1.6.1
_and permanently replaced them.with-a-
new surveillance' requirement-identical to':the alternate: surveillance -requirement-proposed; under(:-Change -Request No.
187.
Therefore, implementation _of Change Request-No. 187'is'no 9
longer.necessary.
