Transmittal of Changes to the fort Calhoun Station (fCS Emergency Plan)
Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) and Implementing Procedures (EPIP)
In July 1992, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) indexes for the RERP, EPIPs, andissued the EPIPs.
i Included were new Tables of Contents /
Emergency Plan forms to replace those issued in May 1992.
The Tables of Contents / Indexes issued in July deleted the revision number and date for each section. The intent was to preclude updating the Tables of Contents / Indexes each time individual sections of the manuals were updated.
OPPD has subsequently determined that this lack of revision numbers and dates is not consistent with company administrati2^ requirements. Therefore, OPPD is reissuing the RERP and Emercancy Plan forms iables of Contents / Indexes which were originally issued in May. The EPIP Index has been updated to reflect the July revision of EPIP-EOF-23.
As required by 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Part V and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5)(ii), the following FCS RERP changes are provided for NRC r.opies 154, 155, 156, and 165.

Replace the RERP Table of Contents /Index with the previously issued RERP Table of Contents /index to show revision numbers and dates.
