Your December 13, 1984 letter requested Philadelphia Electric's position with regard to reimbursement of expenses incurred by bus operators in supporting Chester County's radiological emergency response.
We are pleased to confirm that Philadelphia Electric will reimburse bus operators, as well as other emergency workers, for incremental expenses incurrod during and be-cause of their participation in a Limerick plant-related emergency or drill, carried out in conformance with the radiological emergency response plans, upon receipt of a validated expense record itemizing the expenditures.
Such reimbursement will not be duplicative of payments made by others, including governmental agencies, or that may be provided under existing law.
