l In the referenced letters, Commonwealth-Edison (CECO) proposed to i-amend Appendix A, Technical Specification 3.6.1,8 of-Facility' Operating i
Licenses NPF-11-and NPF-18 to allow the periodic cycling of VQ valves.
The proposed changes would allow the valve actuators to be cycled per vendor recommendation.
