The NWC requests that all fees be waived because the information requested will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government and it concerns information of interest to the public and it is not in the commercial interest of the requester. The NWC is a tax-exempt, non-profit project the purpose of which is to expose corporate wrongdoing and/or government corruption.
The NWC intends to disseminate the information received from this request to the public.
Moreover, -a fee waiver should be granted because this request is---not expected to require major expenditures of staff time or place a burden on reproduction facilities.
We look forward to hearing from you within ten (10) working days as the law stipulates.
