The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Tom Burdette on February 12, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Our first interim report was submitted on' March 14, 1979.
Testing of the stud anchors is still in progress.
TVA expects to furnish the results and a complete analysis of the testing program for Sequoyah before Sequoyah unit 1 fuel load.
