that the Department be given an extension of tire within which to rcopond to UL&P's Second Interrogatories until a reasonable period after e ther:
(1) an unfavorable ruling by the Eocrd regard ing the Departecnt's motion to consel further answers by HLEP to the Departrent's first set of interrogatoriec, or (2) production by HL&P of fuller answers in response to a favorable ruling by the Board with regard to the Department's cotion to corpel.
