Dear Mr. Denton:
The reference letter identified certain proposed Technical Specification issues related to operation of Wolf Creek Generating Station for which additional NRC staff review has been requested.
This letter confirms that, although the review of these issues is still requested, the proposed Technical Specifications do accurately reflect plant design, Final Safety Analysis Report, and the NRC'o Safety Evaluation Report.
In addition, it is confirmed that Wolf Creek can be safely operated in accordance with the proposed Technical Specifications.
This information is hereby incorporated into the Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit No. 1 Operating License Application.
